On a road trip with the kids and stopped here. Service was great, food was too.

Service was good. Not very crowded for a Saturday night, but not easy to find or get to. Then came the food. Mashed potatoes barely above room temp. Okra was room temp and stale. Worst I ever tasted. Ate one and called it quits. Didn't even look good. Salad was good, chicken fried chicken was hot and good, but chicken and dumplings barely above room temp. Coffee good and ice tea good.

As mention and against my better judgement I decided to have breakfast here. For 8 bucks I had the low carb meat and eggs, now I know why the price is so low, tasted ok but certainly not a major breakfast and I love BIG breakfasts. The silver lining was Shawna the waitress and the fact it arrived fast and I was out of there. Overall, Cracker Barrels are not my type of restaurant that I want to frequent. Someone else mentioned in there review it is for elderly people, because the food is bland and not large portions.

All I can say is this place isn't good. It was such a let down. They lead you on to thinking that it's great, and then it's gross. The burger was dry and the salad was boring. Cute shop, but I won't be back.

I am here in North Little Rock for training, I am eating at the Cracker Barrel at least twice a week. The food is good, the restaurant is clean and the staff is great. Always helpful, patient and friendly. Last two times, savannah was our server, she was helpful, quick, attentive, and funny.

Not one to post bad reviews, but this place was rank start to finish. We waited forever to be sat in an empty restaurant, the waitress was more interested than hanging out with her pals at another table than taking care of my family, the food was bland and just crap (I had biscuits and gravy. Hands down worst gravy ever.) I definitely won't be back, this is the third time we have given it a shot here and they just can't seem to get it right.

I really love cracker barrel & since I'm from California we don't have it. So i go when i'm in the area where one is. Our waitress, Kristen, was very efficent and friendly! I had the delicious roast beef dinner with 2 sides of carbs (mac and cheese & mashed potatoes) and fried apples. Very yummy! Everything was hot and tasty-i'm always afraid of the beef coming overcooked but it was perfect! I could cut it with a fork. The homemade lemonade tasted fresh and had actual pulp in it, which was a first for me. And who can beat the country store???

After 45 minutes of not seeing our waitress or getting food, my husband and I walked out. We saw our waitress buying items in the store while she was suppose to be serving customers. The waitress tried charging us for one drink, because my husband took three sips. However, the cashier felt we shouldn't be charged due to our poor service and had the manager called. He told us not to worry about it and that our situation was not acceptable. We've always loved this restaurant and will return, just not when that certain waitress is working.

I haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in a couple years! I'm not certain if the changes I noticed were location specific or company specific. First and foremost let me say the food was edible and the service was good not great. From what I remembered of Cracker Barrel it felt like the company made some changes to find ways to save pennies here and there. When I asked for jelly for my biscuits I was brought 3 small packets of jelly versus in the past being brought a small carrier with an assortment of different flavors. Some of the food clearly had been kept far longer than it should've been and we had to ask for more of everything like syrup pickles on my sons hamburger as it came with one small pickle slice. While I understand controlling cost some of these little things make guests feel unwelcome and will reduce the frequency of their visits so is it really worth it to ration jelly, syrup, and pickles to save a few pennies? I will certainly return to Cracker Barrel as I love their food but I hope these changes aren't company wide but only location specific.

Hands down the worst Cracker Barrel I've ever been to. I've been to many CB's and almost always have good service. Every single person at our table but 1 had their order incorrect. I had to go look for our waitress in order to get us all refills. We never saw her. Food was subpar. I've had great Cracker Barrel breakfast, and this place was not it. I gave 2 stars for the sheer fact I still ate most of my food.

Has the pinto beans and ham with corn muffins. Hot and good. Never disappointed and I have been to locations from Az to Va!

Bad Service. Manager checked to see if a server had been to our table. She had not. She rushed through taking our order and got mine wrong. I ordered Country Ham and she put in for fried chicken. Food was not hot when it was served and the eggs were not cooked correctly. Server was more interested in talking to other tables than on serving my table. This is the worst service I have ever received from any Cracker Barrel.

This place is usually very busy because of it's location near the interstate. Expect to wait on the weekend. But the service was quick and friendly; the food is what you would expect from a Cracker Barrel; and the location is easy and convenient to get to.

Yuck. Everyone in the entire place was 1000 years old. Nothing wrong with that except that it explains the quality of the food - none of the customers can taste it. Atmosphere is charming-ish in a stereotyped Little Rock way. You enter through a "country store" selling imported knick-knacks passed off as local flavor. It smells like someone has shoved two scented candles up your nose. Through the store to the right is the host stand for the restaurant. Hostess was friendly and service throughout my meal was pleasant. I just cannot stress enough how utterly awful the food was. I had the breakfast sampler, which for like $8 gave me biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, ham, eggs, hash-browns and jelly. The ham was completely inedible. A pink piece of leather so salty it was tough to swallow a single bite. The "sausage" was mealy and disconcerting with an odd plasticky flavor. The "biscuits" were like raw cookie dough. One inch high, irregularly shaped and ugly as sin. They tasted like white flour. Everyone at seven years old makes biscuits the first time and they come out like this. Then hopefully they read the instructions or watch a cooking show and learn how to make them the right way. Biscuit dough, when over worked, creates cookies not biscuits. Clearly the quality control in the back is taking a nap or not showing up for work. The hash-brown "casserole" (their words not mine) was disgusting. An underdone glop of pre-frozen shredded potato held together by some kind of goo. I LOVE breakfast potatoes and couldn't stomach to finish two bites of this. Pretty darn poor all around. The service was adequate. As I mentioned the dining room was all super-seniors and a couple pairs of 300 pound white couples with their eyes low as they plowed emotionlessly through plates of various starches. Good riddance.

I have frequented quite a few Cracker Barrel restaurants and this one is always consistent. They are usually very busy but I've never had to wait too long for my food and it has always seemed fresh. Give it a try!

Not a big Cracker Barrel fan, but it is an ok place to eat. This particular restaurant is hit and miss when it comes to service. Beware of the stars as they are deceiving. We had a 3 star server one day that was worthless, and a week later had a 1 star that remembered the orders of our party of 8 without writing them down. Watching calories is hard here. But they have some good turkey sausage, egg beaters, and some other ways to save on the count. Good french toast as is most of the breakfast menu. Price is consumerate with the meal. Theme based and has a store to buy candy and things we had as children.

Grilled Chicken salad was good. Ate here many times, never had any issues with the food. when crowded, service can be slow, I would expect that. Today, everything was good.

With good, old-fashioned southern comfort food and biscuits that can't be beat, cracker barrel is a great way to get some tasty, cheap food.

We usually love Cracker Barrel, but this one did not do this chain justice. Although our service was wonderful, with fast re-filled tea and everything we asked for at a fast speed, the food was AWFUL. My eggs looked as if they had been unfrozen and then reheated in the microwave, and my salad was absolutely old and turning a brownish-yellowish color. I absolutely do NOT recommend THIS Cracker Barrel, because the food is sub-par and I wouldn't feed my DOG that stuff!

First time eating at one. I had 6 chicken tenders marinated, green beans, hash brow casserole , baked sweet potato and unsweetened tea! All delicious! Very tasty all for $9.29. WOW!
